wtf
so for like the last two or three days i have gone into the hospital, there at 630am, MAYBE see 1 patient (or 0). go to a talk for 30-60 minutes. NOT HAVE A CASE TO GO TO, so shit around the hospital for anywhere from 3-7 hours then go home.
THAT IS NOT OK
i am paying somewhere between $100 & $150 per day for my education (tuition ALONE is $33,000)
this is ridiculous!

daisy update
turns out she didnt eat the soap.
on wednesday (two days after the alleged incident) mom found a bar of soap covered in teeth marks and near some vomit.
the current theory is that she hid it, which is something she does, and found it and started playing with it again.

this is an email from my mom
Thought you would all enjoy hearing this.
This morning after I got out of the shower, I was drying the shower
walls and knocked the bar of Zest on the shower floor. I was too
anxious to get out to hear something on the TV so I did not pick it up. Well - about 20 minutes later - I heard Daisy in the shower licking her chops. I assumed she had just licked the water up - which she tends to do anyway. However, I then noticed that the bar of soap was missing. I looked everywhere for it - no luck. Never found it. So, I assume Daisy ATE it! I called the vet's office and they said she may just get diarrhea or vomiting - but otherwise - no big problem. So I had to leave her this morning confined in the kitchen and dining room - with the gate up. I will let you know what I find when I get home - but at least in there it will be easier to clean up.
Just thought you would enjoy this. Not a single sign of that bar of
soap anywhere - so it must have really tasted great!

i dont know why
but my left ear itches a LOT, its kind of weird.
saw steve tonight for dinner at la steak and shake. i decided to try bacon on my burger, it did not add as much as i had hoped, i do not think it is worth repeating. steve tried to convince me that i should go for the frisco melt, something which warren gavin also tried to convince me at one point, i was weary of the sauce, but, i took a taste of steve's and it was ok. so, i guess maybe next time i'll give it a try.

server move
All blogs on zenchou.com have been made read-only (no new posts or comments) while we complete a server move. I'll update this notice once the move is complete, and full access is restored; hopefully no more than 48 hours from now.

UPDATE: FULL ACCESS HAS BEEN RESTORED. We are now running on the new server. There is some system tuning to be done, but everything should be operational at this point.
