i am happy to report that i am currently in the cafeteria at school.
after 15 minutes of really really pleasant computer guys in the computer lab, they got my computer set up.
they were having trouble, so, what does the staff guy say to me (there was a staff guy and a student there)--
do you have any specialized software on there? cause, if something isn't working, there is a reason, it doesn't just stop, and i'm like like what? and he's like anything
so i'm thinking--i have no clue what he defines as "specialized" so i have no way to answer this question!!!
eventually the student notices that the wireless card was not turned on, and, well, turning it on seemed to help!
these are the kind of computer guys who give every other computer guy a bad name...elitist fucking jackasses who talk down to you as a form of mental masturbation (i don't know if that is spelled correctly, i can never remember how it is spelled)
on an entirely different note...
i was just walking down the hall and saw a bright pink flier which said "suffering from depression" and had phone numbers on the bottom--it was to get people into a study. and, upon this bright pink filer someone had written here's a pony, as if to say that pony's cure depression. shockingly, the writing resembled sarah's! amazing, vandalism like that!

i am not dead
but school didnt NOT try to kill me
HAPPY BIRTHDAY THERE STEVE
so, abby is neat
not much to share, my life is boring.
am working on penises and vaginas in school
i found out what my schedule will be for next year
i am taking the first few weeks off....so, i will probably start Aug 2
Aug 2-27 family med
Aug 30-Oct 22 surgery
Oct 25-Dec17 peds
Jan4-Feb11 psych
Feb14-Feb25 anesthesia (i hope)
Feb28-April22 OB
April 25-June 17 internal med
then i will do the 4 weeks i skipped at the beginning
radiology
and probably emergency med
so, neal has been living here for like 4 months now
i think it is going ok
it was weird at first, i thought it was cause i was living with a boy, but, i think it was cause i had been living alone for 2 years, which, it turns out, i liked more than i thought i would
someone is currently honking their horn intently outside, it is annoying
so, yeah, i think things are going ok with the neal situation, i think we will both be happier when we move
note: if a boy and a girl are living together one bathroom is not enough
we want badly to get a dog. neal has more restraint than i do (shocking, i know) but i think we will start LOOKING in september
i still havent scheduled boards. i dont know if i will do it in late june or sometime in july...i dont know
mom and dad are sending neal and i to vegas for a few days, we leave may 9
kary's wedding is coming up, i cant BELIEVE how soon. i hope my dress fits
depression + bridesmaid dress = bad
(the depression thing in as much as it is known to be associated with apathy and lack of motivation--also doesnt help school)
need to see my doc and get on new meds
um, i don know, my life is boring
i dont know how al franken (or frankin)'s last name is spelled, pretend that it is right
