Thanksgiving Cheer

I will, however, leave you with some thoughts on Thanksgiving.

Thanksgiving is the time of year where we pause and give thanks to the Lord, who in His infinite wisdom set aside this wonderful land for a great and noble people, and then in His infinite wisdom let a bunch of morons with buckles on their hats kill those people and eventually pave over everything.

Thanks, Native Americans, for showing us how to live on the land and bodily diluting our European diseases! Free foreign fauna for first fifty flu's, folks!

I think this is the time of year when we should give thanks that George Bush is our president and not Al Gore. We didn't want any of that nation building rhetoric to carry over from the Clinton administrations anyway.

While we're speaking on the "election" of Prez. George Bush the Second...

Ya know, I simply did not like any of our Presidential candidates in the 2000 elections. IMHO, our top candidates to choose from were an idiot frat-boy, a rhetorical robot, a religious fanatic, and an antisocial nut. Of course, if we had elected Buchanan into office, maybe we would've been the ones flying airbuses into other people's buildings. Regretably, they would have probably still been domestic attacks.

"ACLU Headquarters dead ahead, sir! Shall I lower the flaps?"

With such a poor selection of candidates, thank GOD Jeb Bush made our decision for us. Way to go, Florida!
